Bon Appetite

I am pretty much obsessed with Pinterest. I Pin so many recipes, but I thought I would share the recipes I actually Pin and make on my blog and let you know how it went. As much as I want to be a Betty Crocker and Giada De Laurentiis, I should actually be on the show Worst Cooks In America. So, as I practice my Susie-homemaker skills I will share the experiences with you.

Kale Chips

I am addicted to kale chips. This became the perfect snack while studying during those late nights in PT school. I have come across many versions of kale chip recipes on the web. So far this is one is my favorite.

1 bunch kale
nutritional yeast
sea salt
paprika
2 tbsp olive oil

Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees.
After washing kale, tear large pieces of kale leaves off stalk.
In a large bowl mix kale with olive oil and above seasonings. I tend to put lots of nutritional yeast in the mixture to give it that extra cheezy flavor.
Place kale evenly on foil lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 25-30 min, checking often so it does not burn.
Let cool and enjoy!

***Beware kale chips do not last long in my house!
